Org. XIV (story)

Lance's fists tightened, anger swept through him, " I follow. Keep explaining." His words were short but only as to not reveal his temper.

"Your seemly stronger in terms of will power, you never surrender to the enemy" Enixo moved to stand up and face the young king. "It was once said by my father that Kingdom Hearts creates everyone and gives them special peices to make them unqie and powerful. But that is the tale for another day, You never did find out the power of the soul prince. I know him by many names, and seen him by many faces. He became your friend, and dedicated himself to making sure he never took you away. " he walked passed the king and turned to the window. "If your angry with me, don't try to be so held together. If your angry at yourself, the feeling of betrayal will fade. If your angry at the prince...just remember he saw you as a brother and a comrade in the militia of the Divine" he whispered. Enixo squared his shoulders. "You have the orb Soren gave you right?"

Lance retrieved the orb from the satchel at his side, "Yeah, I still have it. Why do you ask?"

Enixo unzipped his coat and revealed a simple set of slacks and boots. On his chest was a mass of tattoos and a few brands, like someone took pleasure in making sure he was properly marked with the symbols. Only one patch of flesh remained untouched, on his chest. "If you want me to be a good guest I'll need Maya to put my soul back together, but ofcourse, you'll have to speak to her about that and among that is the fact you'll need to have a small bit of a ritual." He said then he walked out of the room, casting a look at Lance's shadow for a moment, then paused at the door way. "I need you to lock away my powers and weapons too. My chaos is still within me, given enough time it might...erupt"

<Maya's out in the throne room with Thalia, course Enixo doesn't know that.>

"She'll refuse to help. She's terrified of you, Enixo. Hates you even more than I do." Lance said matter of factly to the man, "And I can't seal abilities, Oxthmas here might be able to though." He said gesturing to the gambler.

"Can you?" Asked Pheonix curiously.

"I understand why you hate me, I've killed your best friend, laid waste to your world, attempted to kill you a dozen times, and possibly much more that I don't remember. She hates me with less knowledge and more of a possible gut feeling that I'm not a very good man. Hell, the child knows of my deeds and yet he saved my life. Forgiveness is something I must earn from you, Love from Maya is someone I can only try to grasp." Enixo for once looked truly in despair for a second then sighed. Dante was near the door way. "One step at a time, right?" The boy said.

"Dante..." Lance sighed, amazed at the young boy's forgiving nature, "Maya will probably never forgive you and her mind... it's too shattered for her to be in a stable relationship. I want to protect her, she's like a sister to me, Enixo. If anyone hurts her, I'll make sure they pay for it." Lance's glare had hardened to a more protective determined one than the complacent one before.

Dante looked at Lance, his black eye boring into the older teens face. "Forgiveness is something I give because my father would want me to, you would say the same if it was a reversed role" The 9 year old said. Enixo nodded in silence. "We share a reason then, we want her safe, her shattered mind and memories give me a pang of what I thought was pity, now I know I was feeling a bit of pain. I wanted to share that pain and help her though her problem. But it's impossible right? For a killer, destroyer, and hell raiser to want such a thing, right?" He asked the question with a look of curiosity.

Lance stopped his intense glare and gave Dante a small smirk, "I suppose so." The boy's wisdom was well beyond his year, Lance realized as he returned to his conversation with Enixo, "Not impossible. But, I don't think you can help her, Enixo. Her psychosis won't be helped by you trying to. It'll probably end up hurting her more."

Lance stepped in front of him, "But, if you want to try, I blame you if she runs you through with her daggers." He informed the man leading him towards the throne room.

"If I get stabbed, I get stabbed. And ill still enjoy every painful second" Enixo said shrugging. Dante raised a brow. "You must really be in love with the girl" the child mumbled. Enixo paused in midstride. "Well...yes, I guess I do, kiddo" he said rubbing the back on his neck. Then started walking again. Dante looked rather amused. "Cute of you really, to develop a infatuation with your enemies friend." Enixo started to comment on how Dante was 9 years younger than him so he couldn't really act so old, but decided to let it go.

Oxthmas looked up from the cards on the table. He spoke to Pheonix, the other having left the room.

"It's best if the girl does it. I'm quite positive only she can do it, as the damage is tied to her in a bond that defies interference. Even a skilled sealer of Gunamnex's level could not circumvent that bond."

He leaned back on his seat, managing to remain balanced despite not having contact with any walls.

"I'd would say the odds are not impossible though."

Admin, and Eques. The only two users who's characters and story flow so well, shocking me with twists, and confusing me who's characters are who's all because they're characters work so well.>

Aleri bolted upright in his bed. "Agh, I left Mr. Ryuketsu standing around in the tea shop with nobody to talk to! What kind of jerkface AM I?" He immediately opened an LC and stepped through.

He emerged near the shop, a little ways away, in a more discreet location. Light Corridors WOULD attract a lot of attention...

He jogged over the Cosmic Tea and entered. "Hello? Is Mr. Ryuketsu still here? Sorry I left so soon."

I need Yusei so Sally and Zane to go on their date. I already got most of the stuff planned.

Oh, yeah. White is teaching himself Light Corridors. I could update that.

A familiar chimera came out of the corner, flying at Aleri in all it's miniature glory. It's silk like fur and needle sharp claws and tiny fangs shimmering. The little beastie attempted to bite his shoulder again in greeting.

Aleri was knocked the the ground. "Oof... Hey, is that you, Zed?" As the young Chimera sank its fangs into his shoulder he yelped in pain. "YOW! That hurts... W-well, you're awfully attatched to me. I mean, it's been all of three hours since we saw each other."

<...Did you establish Zed's gender, by the way? It feels demeaning to say "it".>

<oh yeah Zed's a girl>

Zed released his shoulder and landed on her feet. "Bored" she said softly. She was still a mere child in chimera years so she could only said a few words. Zed obviously grew in those few hours oddly. Her snake tail curled and hissed its bronze head. She was about the size of a adult poodle by now.

Aleri sighed. "Well, I'd suggest we play tag, but I'm pretty hired... Oh, who cares? I never do missions anyway." A tone sounded from within the depths of his pocket. He pulled out his PDA. "Sure enough... Xeromus gave me a mission for tomorrow. Well, I don't have to be at 100% to deal with a low-level mission like this..."

He double-checked the mission. "No way... Class SA Mission!? You're kidding me... Well, I can always ask somebody else to come along to bail me out of any trouble I get into."

"Ugh, you gotta be messing with me, boss-man! Nuts... well, it's my funeral. Let's play tag! You're it~!" He lightly tapped Zed and started running.

The chimera chased Aleri with her predatory speed. She leapt at him and raised her paws to pin him.

The Keyblader Dodge Rolled out of the way of her leap. "Ha, you'll have to be more cunning than that to catch me!"

Lance raised an eyebrow, "Are you some sort of masochist?" He asked quizically as they entered the throne room.

As the three did, Maya's calm demeanor tensed and a glare hardened on her face. Thalia held her in place when she summoned a dagger to her hand and tried to rush at Enixo, "Maya hates you, scary man."
