So, what, you're tired of being a Wyvern. What did you want to turn into now, a Loris?

The hell's a Loris?

A Loris, my dear Wyvern, or, more specifically a Slow Loris, is a type of monkey that also happens to be the world's only poisonous mammal. It has little poison sacks under its arms, which it then licks, giving it a poisonous bite. They're also adorable.

That's...actually pretty awesome, but I was thinking something more like...an iguana. That spits lightning.

*Snap*

GRAAAAAAAH! I can't take this anymore! If we don't move the wedding along, I think I'm going to lose it! It's worse than being in a conversation with Haar, because this is actually boring! I've literally waited for over a month for somebody else to check TITAL and finish writing a ceremony, just so the world can move on!

Break that down:

-Waiting for over a month

-Not even writing any real part of it

-It's not terribly fun to read anyway, as it's already a kind-of-boring ceremony, and really long-winded

-Nothing else can really happen until it finishes

-People are doing things elsewhere anyway, and it's driving me mad!

I'm descending into madness! Please, PLEASE, can we at least try to think of a backup plan that doesn't require Yusei to be here!? I don't know if I can wait!

Yeah, we go back to Plan A. Skip ahead and do it in flashback later. I'm antsy, too, why do you think I had Wayne start messing with Sylvia? I needed something to do! Now I know how Fairy Godparents feel when they don't grant a wish for too long!

Here's one: Post something Al or Rex or Vita are doing after the ceremony. That doesn't even require WhatsUp to be here, and since time flows differently on each world, that doesn't affect Nick's crew or my guys in any tangible way...unless Necro decides he feels a disturbance in the Force.

^-^;; Er, eheh, actually, what I planned on doing with Aleri next was to have him go through some flashbacks. I had a reason for it, I assure you! I don't even know how I would write him just randomly having a flashback, without some kind of trigger...

...Nooooo... Noooo! Now I'M the one getting flashbacks, and they're all of Sammy's flashbacks! They're hurting my brain!

This is inexcusable! I'm going to show him; I'll write a flashback sequence so awesome, it'll rock all your socks until you forget what cotton feels like!

(...Now just how the hell am I going to make that transition...?)

After the wedding, Aleri was sitting in a park that wasn't there before. "Damn I wish I could have a flashback," he said. And then he did.

I could always go with Oxthmas being briefed by a Jackpot on events that transpired after the wedding, clipboard in hand.

Then everyone could be free to write, with the exception of the wedded pair obviously.


At this point, either I start writing nonsense or work on Roland's personal memoirs, or I give in and await the PSN shop to restock A Realm Reborn and make Roland in-game and go mad with addiction.

The latter option is just too strong.  I heard there might be a musketeer class later on, which has me jumping up and down because screw swords, Roland must be wielding duel flintlock pistols with a side of fisticuffs.

...Did I just hear his entire post in a quasi-british accent? Yep, I think I've cracked.

Actually, I think I can handle the transition myself. I already have a plan for the flashbacks, but it's not like it'd be hard to write, that, say, Al sat down on his bed after getting back from the wedding, and going from there. I think I'm just being tired and lazy at this point... and distracted.

Yeah, we need to do something to get moving...

So, we cut to after the wedding. While Aleri will be occupied, Rexial and Thalia will be off to Twilight Town, and Vita's available to do other things, so it might move things along enough to get everything moving. I'll see what I can do...

Alright, and Xancel has made an appearance in FGA... I don't know where exactly he is though.

...It took me until today to even notice that post was there... sorry. The site's a little finicky about that, isn't it? Well, he could be at Hollow Bastion, since it mentions a structure in the distance. He could be in the ravine. It can't be Asylum, since there isn't any such structure there anymore.

The reason I came to this topic was actually concerning the idea for the Org.XIV Redux. You know, the idea to re-write the first half or so of Org.XIV so that it doesn't suck, and incorporates plot elements and proper foreshadowing in posts ASIDE from Mr. Up's storylines. And to that end, I was planning on going into the archives and creating a timeline, then asking everybody what they would want tweaked to better fit. I know the changes I'd make to the beginning would be drastic: adding at least three Prologue chapters, one for the fall of Asylum, one for Aleri's normal life, and one for Rexial's beginnings as a Nobody. I was wondering if any other Prologue chapters would be included for other characters, should we ever get around to this.

...Also. How do we proceed in the main plot? KH, aren't you supposed to be controlling the villain?

Not exactly. There's a lot of confusion already, with the whole reviving-Lance thing and the huge flashback sequence and the two-year-skip in general. Introducing a new character right away may not be the best plan. MAY not be the best plan. We need to discuss our next move. KH, what's the status on our main villain?

The thing is, what's going on with Wayne right now is actually how I'm planning to introduce him. I'm debating whether or not I should continue to have him and Necro fight and not wait for Ranger.

...What? I get overzealous like that once in a while, and it tends to result in some crazy stuff. Besides, haven't we been planning on doing this at some point?

...Actually, speaking of, Maverick, would there be a Prologue chapter detailing what the Observers were doing at the beginning i.e. sealing this dimension away from KH Canon as it deviates drastically from the source material? Because I think that we decided that was what happened. And that makes me wonder - because I forgot the details - if Oxthmas had already been recruited yet by that start of Org.XIV. And it still makes me wonder how they'd react to FGA, but I digress.

It seems that I must work on my commendation comments.

If I ever wrote a prologue chapter, it would probably be written within this universe.  It is difficult to discuss the separation of realities.  If my memory serves right, Oxthmas was recruited before the separation of realities.  As for there being two Luxords, the Observers arrived long after Luxord's death in this realities, so gigantic character plot hole is nicely swept under the rug.

I would write something along the lines of Gunamnex setting up his base in Twilight Town, his journeys, his talks with Roland (who at the time was still "awaiting redemption"), etc.

Oxthmas: Wait, there is three of my former master now?
Roland:  The future is strange indeed.
Gregor:  My head hurts...
Gunamnex:  Nein and Nyet!  I have enough matters to observe, and enough trouble wrangling these three in.  "Wanders off into personal study, shouting randomly into the air"

I see. So, they're going to let FGA go unmonitored? Makes sense; it's not in their jurisdiction at this point.

We should probably decide on all the Prologue chapters ahead of time. A few of them to foreshadow later characters might be good, too, like Xancel and Rexson, perhaps Sylvia - Archer doesn't apply in this case, I think - but not too many. If there's a giant, two-hundred-page set-up for the rest of the story, then even WE wouldn't want to look at it.

...And I think my brain is going into the unusual state wherein it doesn't know what it wants to do. It's fixating on FGA, Org.XIV, AND One Sky, as well as Sailor Moon and Megaman Battle Network. And Those Lacking Spines, and Wayrift. So I don't think I'll be able to focus properly on one thing to push ahead in, and I'll be going with the flow until my brain settles on something.


...Wait a sec, were you under the impression that the re-write was going to be another reality? No, wait, you're talking about KH Canon... augh, my brain isn't focusing properly on this, sorry. Maybe if I went back and started taking those timeline notes in the archives... no, wait, the motivation has slipped away for the moment. Gah! How am I so simultaneously overzealous AND lazy?!

I know how you feel, Nebula. Lately, my mind's been split between trying to think of a plan for Zakk in One Sky, how to advance FGA, working on other plot lines for Org. XIV, Legend of Korra, Xiaolin Chronicles, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, and two different ideas for Ben 10 crossovers I'm thinking about writing. Oh, and, y'know, college.
