"I thought you had all the info you needed?" Archer was smirking now, "No need to ask me, since I shouldn't know anything you shouldn't, right?"

Dispatch looked to Sammy and nodded. "Alright, then. Since this is just a test, and so I don't completely obliterate you, I'll fight at a fiftieth of my maximum strength."

sammy smiled and said," Ok."

With that, Dispatch entered his battle stance, with his sword at his eye level, tilted toward his opponent. The look in his eyes changed completely. It went from being the upbeat, laughter-filled guy to downright intense. He stared at Sammy, waiting.

Sammy then let out a shout, and ran towards Dispatch.

Rexial looked at the wall next to him, as if something was wrong. Then he punched it, and music began to play. "Damn thing, it's supposed to start by itself."

Final Fantasy V Battle Theme, Orchestrated

Dispatch jumped over Sammy and elbowed him in the back.

Sammy fell to the ground, and used the fall as momentum for a recovery, and shouted,"Aiden!" He then shot a medium sized fireball at Dispatch.

Dispatch sliced the fire in half. He was just awesome enough. "You're telegraphing your attacks," advised the Saiyan. "Don't. Not only does it tell me everything you're going to do, it's also incredibly annoying."

<I need a shower, I'll be back in a few.>

Sammy mentally facepalmed and proceedd to run at him again, but teleported behind him, and kicked him in the back.

Sammy might as well have been moving in slow motion. Dispatch heard the wind rush toward him as Sammy made his attempted backstrike and quickly jumped away and spun, slashing with his sword as he did so.

Sammy barely dodged the shot, and then lunged at Dispatch, unsheathing his katanas and slicing at him.

Dispatch elbowed the katanas away by the flat. "Not bad," he said. He swung at Sammy's side. "But I've been doing this way longer than you."

Sammy then proceeded to backflip out of the way. He then charged up his katanas with the same glow that he used on the Iron Giant's sword.

Dispatch stood there, no longer even in his fighting stance. His sword hung loose in his hand as he simply watched and waited. He wasn't going to get distracted this time. Still, the kid had more talent than he'd expected. Then again, there wasn't any need for full power, or even a fifth of maximum power. Then again, he wasn't entirely in control of the one-fifth portion...that could end very badly.

Sammy then lunged at him, using the glow to extent the reach on the katanas, and sliced at Dispatch.

Dispatch's arm snapped right up and caught the katana's extended reach. "That's kinda disappointing," he said simply. He deflected the katana completely with a flick of his wrist and stabbed at Sammy's shoulder.

Rexial shrugged. "Extending the reach of your weapon isn't going to do you any good, not against a skilled opponent like Dispatch. Either overwhelming the enemy at range, or fighting in close quarters, those are the only ways to win against anybody at that level. And I find that ranged fighting is pretty ineffective against him, too."

Dispatch looked up at Rexial. "You find? Did you not see me slice fire in half?"

"Some times I find things through observation."

The katana went through his right shoulder. He screamed in pain and fell to the floor.

<Not all swords are Katanas, Sam...>

Dispatch looked at Sammy in surprise. "Is that all it takes to get you down?" he asked. His tone was more genuine surprise than it was mockery. "That's gonna be not good."

Thalia took a deep breath, knowing full well that Archer was trying to get under her skin, "I can tell you're hiding SOMETHING. And that means it's possibly dangerous to the kingdom. And I'm not just going to let that slide."

Rexial tried to explain that not everybody had the same pain tolerance or resilience as Saiyans... but he knew that his own pain tolerance was above what Sammy had displayed, and Rexial was fairly well-known to be much more fragile than other members.
