Doc, you probably haven't noticed, but a couple of new members just recently joined, and posted Bios in Persona REM. One of their characters were female. Robo, previously, was the only one with a female character. He made a joke about not wanting there to be any more female characters beside his own. Then, I think Gstol/Fate suggested that they try polygamy with their characters. For the record, I am not absolutely certain what "polygamy" means, but I imagine from context that it either means being in a relationship with or even having intercourse with more than one person at a time. There was negative reaction to this from Zeldaman, who cited the fact that not only would the only female character benefit from having OTHER female characters around the dorm her age, but polygamy was a stupid idea.

He also expected the Admin to mod his post, for some reason. I pointed out that it was unlikely and would be strange if he DID mod it, and that while I agreed with Zeldaman, I also noticed that the suggestion sounded like a joke. Gstol/Fate started talking about the no-more-female-characters thing, saying that they needed more, and for Robot to get over his aversion to there being other female characters besides his own. Then, Robo told us that, yes, it was just a joke, he wasd fine with it. He had been on 4Chan a bit too much recently, so he forgot that we take things a bit more seriously here, regardless of whether they're jokey.

Then Gstol/Fate ended the conversation. I'd have responded in some way, to be a d*ck, but I wanted it to end, too, and I didn't see a problem with the conclusion.

So, yeah, that's the gist of it. Some of us were kinda pissed at Robo and Gstol for their jokes, but it's fine.

...Oh, yeah, the new guys' names are EpicMasterMind and Magoo11. Those guys, specifically. I imagine they know the Admin...

The reason I asked to not be modded was because I was a little hot-blooded from writing it, and it was a huge rant of a post and what I felt to be a derailing of the topic itself. Nonetheless I got trolled pretty well by Robo, despite reading a series BASED on trolls. XD

I said, rather in jest after Robo's first comments toward Mag, that I might have to shelf my idea of doing a female character myself--as in, not make one. Never insinuated anything else, one way or the other up to that point.

That was indeed what I was thinking of.

It was his idea Neb, not mine, mine was the love triangle idea, which if you think about it, would fit with the age group of the characters.

True, but I should have mentioned don't take anything serious, it's all for fun most of the time.

Oh, who took anything seriously? If you want some good old fashioned insensitivity, you should all join us over on RP/FF for a stint. Though, to be fair, most everyone has quite mellowed over there. Most everyone. This place seems pretty chill and accepting, really. So, kudos on that everyone.

Yeah, we've only ever had to bring down the hammer one time, and...we prefer not to talk about him.
