Org. XIV (story)

Felix gave a wicked smile as he drew his blades. He leapt up into the air. "First test. Let's see how you dodge!" He began to fire magic at Lance, diving at him behind a Flare spell.

Lance closed his eyes momentarily and they lit up a brillant gold as a Dark Shield blocked the Flare spell, "Starting the battle off with a bang, are we?" Lance's keyblades came up to block Felix's dive and he slashed upwards.

"Not my style, that's just a waste of energy." Golden hellfire lashed forward as he slashed his blades, heading straight for Felix.

"Meh. I've got enough of it to waste." He ducked the Keyblade, the shaft resting on his shoulder. "Expect the unexpected. Weapon Switch!" His swords disappeared, and a scythe appeared in it's place. Felix slashed vertically at Lance, before pulling back and attacking with wide sweeps.

"Why isn't it cold like before?" Zane questioned what he was saying himself.

"Um... I don't... Know?" she said, more like a question than anything.

Archer sighed as she leaned back in her chair. "Seems like we're having some things happen very quickly." She pursed her lips slightly. "Seems like these people are kinda afraid of something, so I might as well try to regain my more of my former strength so I don't embarrass myself."

Dante leapt to his feet once the winds calmed. "I think I can do some damage with Maya" he said as he rushed Thalia again, casting Haste on himself. 'Hopefully I've learned something from Aleri' he though just as he jumped to slash at her shoulder.

<You know what I mean. Last time they were in a Gummi Ship all the water elemented characters were freezing cold. They still never knew why just assumed it was normal.>

"Whatever" Zane shook his head. He then took put a KitKat™ Bar. "Want some?"

Felix dismissed his scythe, and his blades reappeared. "OK, well, let's see how you hold up against this. Tornado!" He created a tornado that could only sweep up organic material. He then shot a fireball at the tornado, setting it alight. "Dodge this."

As they approached the ground, Sally pressed some buttons on the dashboard of the Gummi ship.
"No, I'm OK."
The ship planted itself firmly into the ground, and the hatch opened.
"So, where are we going again, exactly?"

Zane started walking out pulling out some Munny. "Gotta make a call".

Zane ran straight to w pay phone. Came has been called cheap. No cell phone and the PDA has no way to call public numbers. <Or so Zane believes. Depends what Nebula says".

Sally was just far enough not to hear. Zane was really trying to make himself quiet.

He looked kinda desperate. Then he jumped and screamed "Yeah!" He then whispered three little words everyone LOVEs to be said to YOU.

Zane then walked back. "Come on. I'm sure the discount movie theater is somewhere. But first let's eat some fish tacos with beans! I'm hungry, its cheap and I gotta coupon!!"

< What are you planning here, Wazzup?>

Sally giggled at him, before saying, "Yeah, that sounds great." happily and following along with Zane.

They both started walking accross what felt like just a few short minutes. Passing through the main and market place.

Passing by, Zane laughed. "You really thought that's what we were going to eat? We're drop dead sexy I'm taking you somewhere good!" And just in front was a yellow and blue motorcycle with two matching helmets. Zane got right on and slipped it on
"Lets go".

<Earlier.>

Zane slipped some change into the pay phone and pressed a few numbers.

"Hey! Bradley"! Listen....I need your help. I'm on a date, and I need a favor....No, I didn't get back together with the "Thorn". Her names Sally....so can I borrow the bike? No, the other one....really? YEAH! I owe you".

Let's just hope I know how to ride this

Sally sighed happily.
"Oh, Zane, always full of surprises."
She slipped on her own helmet and got on the motorcycle behind him, sideways. She wrapped her arms around Zane as tightly as she could without hurting him.
"Okay, I'm ready to go."

The motors engine started to roar. Zane rotated the throttle, and it purred.

And it just took off. Whirring fast through the city of light,. Took her for a rush. Doing donuts around the fountian and leaving rubber on thecorners.

And then started to slow....only to speed up into a wheelie.

And then just turned on a dime in front of one of the top restaurants in town

"Come on, I was fighting heartless for a whole night straight! I'm loaded right now! I hate beans".

<I was going to make that a secret a little longer but now's good enough. It was going to be revealed it was just Zanes friend at the end of the date>

Sally could've loosened up a bit during the ride, but she clung to Zane anyways. She did scream a bit during the wheelie.
"Zane, come on!" She hung her arms over Zane's shoulders. "Why are you being so grumpy?" she asked softly into his ear.

<He actually was more being a show off. No, gloating is a better word.

And kinda teases Sally for falling for his lie

Zane kneed down and picked up Sally like a piggyback ride. Bursting into the restuant.

Then was given states by the many older people and waiter.

"Maybe this place isn't for us' Zane was actually kinda confused. Especially after laughing.

Sally giggled. "Seriously? Now you're having second thoughts?"
She let herself down from Zane's back and straightened her dress and hair up a bit.

The high class stock waiter everyone pictures, French accent and all, walk up to them.

Clearing his throat he said "Please excuse yourself from your horse play and behave".

"Actually, it was pig play". Zane corrected.

"Yes, how embarrassing for me" The waiter said, insulting manner.

"You still want to eat here?" he asked Sally.

"Uhh... On second thought, perhaps it would be wise to take our business elsewhere." she said in a mockingly snooty tone.

Lance smirked, "Hmph, I like a challenge every once in a while." He rolled to the side of the tornado and threw Elysium into the flames, "Morning Star!" He called out, detonating the blade and dispersing the flames. He caught Elysium as it returned to him and threw Tartarus at Felix, "Black Viper!" He called out as the blade burst into a stream of dark energy.

Thalia danced backwards blocking both of the younger fighters' blades with her shuriken, "You're going to have to be faster than that." A wicked wind blew threw the air as Thalia's pace quickened. In the blink of an eye, she had bashed Dante to the side and rendered an Invisible illusion sent by Maya useless.

Dante rolled and flipped off the wall. "Lily, can you give me a hand?" He asked. The spector appeared behind Dante. "Oh now you talk to me?! When you want my help!" She said. Dante crossed his blades and thre them at Thalia, making them turn to javelins . "I'm kinda in middle of something, please help!" He begged. Lily fliped her arms across her chest. "Fine but we're talking about this later!' She then disappeared in a flash of purple light and in the boys hands was a guitar, electric, with a black and blue finsh with silver designs of skulls and cross bones. He stared at it and then twirled it in his hands before starting to play. With each note, the nylon strings sparked and soon purple lightning was crackling around himm. "Thunder song" he said as he unleashed the final note causing the purple lightning lashed out in waves at Thalia.

Felix flipped over the dark stream of energy, then began sending energy waves at Lance.

Lance smiled as he leapt over the waves of energy getting close enough to swipe at Felix with a fast and powerful trio of strikes.

Thalia dodged the lightning diverting it at Maya with her own powers. Maya yelped as she rolled out of the way, "Lightning is a bad idea! She controls electricity and wind! Maya knows!" She dissappeared into a shadow preparing an attack.

Dante readied himself to play another tune, the notes were faster, and distortied and angry. this time fire started to surround him but instead of launching it at Thalia, he moved it so it almost was directly balanced on the neck of the instrument. The child then spun in a sharp circle, the fire flowed off and turned into six fire balls, that homed in on his target.
