Org. XIV (story)

"So long as you don't crash it, I'm sure we'll be fine," Archer piped as she walked into the hangar and look around. "Well, you're in luck. We've got a couple. Choose one."

Enixo looked at Maya, flashing her a bright smile as he walked. "Thanks for your help...all of you..." He said. Dante looked at Enixo. "So...can I call you by your original name?" The child asked. He turned his attention to Dante. "If you wish, you can all me Eoni" was all he said as he entered the gate. "Hm...I'm going to need some gear now, this upsurpers uniform is modified to my liking but, walking around with no shirt or shoes is a drag. Are their any shops nearby?"

"W-where'd my wallet go? I just had it on me a second ago!"

"You probably left it at home, dear."

"No, I remember taking it with me! I must have dropped it somewhere..."

"Hah. Fools." Sylvia smirked at the debacle below, as she rested languidly against a chimney on the rooftop. It seemed that the citizens here weren't the brightest, and mere pickpocketing had sufficed in gaining some quick cash. With a contented hum, she sank her teeth into an apple, licking the juice dripping down her chin with relish. Ain't had a nice piece of fruit in a while...since I had to scavenge for scraps on the ship. Silver was a pretty decent guy though-cyborg, I mean... Wiping her mouth with the back of her hand, Sylvia's eyes took in the spanning scenery of Synthisle before her. Castle looks even bigger from here.... She pondered thoughtfully, her eyes resting on her place of stay. There's worse places to crashland I suppose...although where did my ship go, anyway?

Sylvia fell deeper into thought, sitting peacefully on the rooftops of Synthisle under the rays of the golden sun.

Nick nodded, scanning the few ships for a moment then choosing one, "A basic Highwind model. Simple enough, controls... She'll do." He scribbled a note by burning letters into the docking bay floor as well as leaving some munny behind in a small pouch. His hand surged with electricity as he placed it to the wall of the ship, making the automatic door slide open, "Ladies first." Nick smirked as he held the door's lock open with the electric pulse.

Archer faintly cocked an eyebrow as she walked in, looking around the interior with a sigh. "Well, not as impressive as some of the models I've seen but this'll do." She walked over to the co-pilot's seat and sat, leaning back lazily.

Nick hopped into the ship and let the hatch close behind him, "Well, it's a simple model so it's got the best chances of me flying it without us dying in a blazing inferno." He sat down in the pilot's chair and booted up the engines, readying the ship for take-off as an automated system brought the ship up to launch level.

"Well that makes me feel a lot better," Archer rolled her eyes. "If you need help, just give me a wake up call," she sighed as she closed her eyes.

<I've also been watching P4 The Animation, and it's very good, but I still don't get the way it works much. (Note I'm only on ep. 4 as I post this so, and just in case it poses any spoilers or something)>

<Assuming it's the same as Persona 3, each link give you access to personae of a new Arcana, and each boost gets you experience toward Personae of that Arcana when you create Personae. Upon maxing out a Social Link, you gain the ability to fuse the ultimate Persona of that Arcana.>

"Sure thing, Archer." Nick launched the ship and in moments they were in deep space, Nick had turned on the navigation system finding the fastest route to Synthisle.

<Bob, that's exactly what I said with different words.>

<I realize this but didn't see the new post thing.>

<Ah, okay. My apologies, then.>

Archer glanced to the side as the ship rocked a little unsteadily. "Have you actually been practicing how to fly these things?" she asked dryly, noting his sheer concentration trying to drive straight.

Nick just shook his head, "Never been professionally trained but I can land and take off just fine. And the skies are pretty calm today so weapons aren't too much of a problem." They were now nearing Synthisle, the castle being the most prominent feature of the small world.

"Anyone can take off or land just fine, Nick. It's the process in between," Archer remarked dryly. "Nice castle," she commented. She had seen more impressive ones, having been summoned across the ages as a Counter Guardian and Heroic Spirit.

Nick nodded, "I've seen worse pilots. And the castle belongs to a friend of mine, King Lance Willright. He's generous and he owes me for a favor so he's our starting point. From there, we could probably find something in town." Nick commented as he brought the ship in for landing at the castle's docking bay. A sight more than likely seen by Slyvia as she gazed at the sky.

"What the-" Sylvia broke out of her thoughts as she saw a Gummi Ship head towards the castle. "He said there weren't going to be any shipments!" She growled, springing to her feet as she quickly slid down a drainpipe to the ground. "That ship is as good as mine..." A determined glint appeared in her eyes as she broke into a sprint, charging towards the castle in a blur as she shoved past the crowds of Synthisle towards her destination.

Tri-Star Town

Rexial wandered in and out of shops, finding various items. "...That's right, it's getting late in the year. Christmas is comin' up soon, isn't it? I'd better think of something to give to all the other members..."

<Remember, in-story, it's still late-fall-going-into-winter.>

"Well, you'd better have some way to identify yourself because it looks like we have a welcoming committee," Archer pointed out. "I'll land," she said in exasperation as the ship almost flipped, pushing Nick away from the driver's seat and pressing a few buttons before adjusting the steering console for a stable landing.

"I think whatever happened to you affected your mental faculties a bit," Archer remarked blandly, "You ok?" while her tone was caustic, there was an undertone of concern behind it.

Nick nodded, "I can't help but say you're right. My powers have been limited a lot. I think I was injured somehow when I got to Traverse Town." He said thoughtfully, "And I have identification." He summoned the crystalline card to his palm, "They'll know it's me when they see this." He explained.

<...Maybe we should post our specific locations, too. It's getting really confusing, but not impossibly so.>

"Well that's all good," Archer said as she got off the seat, the ship having landed safely. "But mental damages are scary things so we'd better get you checked out if this 'King' friend of yours has some good doctors. Let's get moving."

As Dante and Eoni reached the main enterance, the Choas Master seemed to get increasingly tense, like he was expecting something bad to happen sooner or later. Dante would've voiced his concern until Lily dicided to appear. "You left me, you jackass! You left me twice!" She said. She looked frustrated and without better words, concerned. Dante sighed. "Lily...I had to help Eoni!" He said annoyed already. As they squabbled and argued, Said boy was slowly getting used to the different rushes of emotions. Fear, Happiness, Gratitude, Love (towards Maya ofcourse), and other things spun around in his body.
