Screeching in madness, two of the ghouls sprint straight for the two while the third hangs back slightly. One leaps towards Naxius and swipes at his head while the other trips slightly before reaching Seth and instead attempts the lash out at his knees.

Naxius swayed backwards, the ghoul's talon grazing his face and leaving a cut, and pulled out his combat knife. He stabbed the ghoul through the chest, then shot it in the face with his pistol.

As the ghoul falls to the ground dead, the ghoul that had stayed back suddenly sprang into movement, hurling a table leg as a spear directly at Naxius.

Wrenching the debilitated door open, Max slips inside and looks around the room. Other than a large hole replacing part of the wall, the room seemed rather intact. Checking the computer, he finds that while the machine is in good condition, the room is without power. Deciding against dismantling the terminal, he instead started rifling through the desk to find anything of use.

Naxius dodged the spear, and shot at the ghoul.

Seth dodged back at the swipe, the ghouls claws missing by a inch. The boy slammed the barrel of his guns into its head, releasing three shots , then kicked it in its deformed face angrily. "What the hell?!"

The ghoul snarled in pain from the bullet wound before grabbing a brick from a pile of rubble nearby a throwing it directly at Seth's head.

Finding a key in the top drawer, Max glanced around the room before spotting a door on one side of the room. He hurried over there with key in hand and attempted to unlock the door.

Seth ducked it quickly and shot at its chest, unloading more bullets.

Roach reaches the second floor and begins inspecting the rooms “Mr. Person: Technology” he pauses “There’s probably something in here we can use.” He enters the room knife at the ready.

The ghoul attacking them stumbled once before falling to the ground in front of them, dead.

Easily unlocking the door, Max starts searching through the room for anything of value. After a couple of minutes, he is able to find a couple bottles of lens cleaner, a pair of sunglasses, an old fashioned lab coat and a fission battery. Slipping all of it into different parts of his pack, he walks back into the main room and hears a clattering noise. Next to his foot was an old metal cage with the door open, the barely visible words of 'Class Pet' being written on it. Looking away from it after a moment, Max walks back to the room's door and grasps the handle.

Naxius sighed in relief, and looked over to the classroom door closest to them, which was a tech classroom. "We should check in there."

Seth flicked the his empty shells out of each revolver and reloaded. "Lets go, i already find those things as a pain in the neck"

Roach walks around the room examining the interior of the room and its contents. He begins to go through a series of desks looking for parts and supplies. “There’s not much I can use here but still some may be useful in the future.” He takes a set of combination wrenches and places it in his rucksack then walks to a large double door at one corner of the room and opens it, inside appears to be a jumbled mess of a storage room lined with an assortment of tools boxes and miscellaneous scrap. “If there’s not something in here there won’t be any use in searching anywhere else.” He enters closing the doors behind him.

Naxius kicked the closed classroom door open, gun at the ready.

Tim had found his way to one end of the second floor with nothing out of the ordinary, but was now holed up in a room that simply said "school store" on the door. The ghouls pounded on the windows, the cracking of glass easily heard over Tim's curses. "Why the f**k did I give that damn gun back. I did, however, find these clothes.

Tim had found the clothes on a body of a student who had apparently starved to death in the room. It was a dark grey button up, collared shirt with a black vest with white stripes, and he some makes feels as though he blend into the background when he wants to.. He also wore slacks and dress socks and loafers, and also has a grey fadora with a black ribbon, which seems to make him a bit more of a draw for those around him.

The tech room was bare of any kind of creature, living or dead. All that was inside was the computers, the teacher's desk, and a solitary metal locker near the back of the room.

As Max attempted to leave the room, the sound of metal striking metal came from behind him. Turning quickly, he almost couldn't believe what he was seeing. A foot tall spider stood behind him, one of its front legs having hit the metal cage.

Seth looked down the hall, thinking. "Alright, I'm going to go through the hall to look for salvage and new clothes, anything I find I'll bring it to the group to see if its worth anything" he said, looking into the room for a moment.

Naxius said, "Alright Seth. If there's trouble, just yell." He walked into the room, and one by one, tested the terminals. He finally got to the teachers desk, and tested the terminal there, and, with a swift kick to the desk by Naxius, it came to life, some green text flashing on the screen, and Naxius began to type.

Taking keys he had found in the pockets of the pants from the student's corpse, Tim had fashioned himself a rather deadly pair of gloves. Placing a key in each crook of his main four fingers on each hand, three keys on either hand, he had made a set of Wolverine-esque weapons. He began his fight out of the school store, throwing a punch into one of the ghouls' face. The scream that erupted was both horrible and blood curdling. Unphased, the teenager continued on his quest to survive.

Seth walked through the hall, looking at the doors, most of them were blocked off by rubble apparently. He looked into a door that was cleared and looked at the name plate beside it. "Agriculture Tech..." He read aloud before pulling the door open, and entering.

Naxius finished on the computer, and went to the metal locker in the back. He attempted to open it.

Trying to draw his pistol, Max shot at the spider once before it jumped on him, knocking him to the ground. As the spider attempted to reach his neck, Max tried to get his pistol in a position where it could kill the arachnid.

As Naxius yanked on the locker, the door fell open, dropping the skeleton contained within directly onto him. The remainder of the locker contained a single duffle bag and a pair of boots.

Detecting the presence of something within its sensor range, the protectron activated from within its charging pod. When the hatch opened with a pneumatic clunk, the robot strode out and pushed through the swinging doors into the room proper. "SCANNING. SCANNING. NO VALID ID DETECTED. SECURITY MODE ACTIVATED." A single lance of red shoot towards Roach.

Roach ran for cover behind an overturned tool cabinet “Great a Protectron” He looks quickly over the cabinet to see exactly where the robot was standing “And I brought a knife to a laser fight again. Oh well let’s hope this does something.” Roach throws a knife at the Protectron

Seth sat behind the teachers desk, looking at the dirty, old wood, and began opening the drawers but found nothing. Upon looking up, he saw a few closets and a rusted metal cabinet, he had to check on those now.

Finally able to force the barrel of the pistol into the the spider, Max pulled the trigger twice, forcing the beast off of him while also crying out due to the slight splashback into his hand.

The sharpened knife scratches the robot as it deflects off. "HOSTILE ACTION DETECTED. WEAPONS FULLY DEPLOYED." With that, a beam with twice the energy blasts out of its hand at Roach.

“Well that worked out just great.” he commented sarcastically “Now it’s angry! Time for Plan B.” he reached into the cabinet looking to find anything useful and pulled out a can of oil and through it at the protectron
