Leo crossed his arms. "I guess me, Kirby, and kent can di that"

Ronan laughed, " Leo, can ya take Danny-Boy with ya? I need someone to keep an eye on him."

Daniel shot a quick, confused look at Ronan, "I'm not a little kid," he looked at Leo, "but I still wouldn't mind tagging along," he paused, "if I could."

Kent said, "Don't volunteer me for crap!"

Kirby laughed, "You're not being volunteered, you're being recruited."

Kent sighed. "Because that's so much better...Whatever, though, it's better than sitting here doing nothing."

"What about sleeping?"

"Too excited."

Ronan looked around, then caught Layla's eye, "Alright, well, let's get going. I don't know which one we're going to, so someone needs to lead the way."

Daniel stood up and looked at Leo, "Do you need any extra help?"

Lixan appeared out of nowhere, then proceeded to the closest bin and promptly threw up. He then muttered, "Traveling through dimensions hurts." He then passed out.
...By God, I have a weak stomach.

Ronan looked at him, confused, as the guy hit the ground, he couldn't help but chuckle. He pulled out the extra cigarette that Leo had handed him before, and lit it up. He stuck it in his mouth and took a drag. He pulled it out, holding by his leg, holding it in his right index and middle fingers. He thought back to Ireland, seeing people hit the ground like this guy, either drunk out of there mind, or knocked out in a fight. He cracked a smile again.

Daniel looked over at the kid. He was able to sense some normalcy. He wasn't scared to head out anymore. He was ready, ready to face some of his past.

Lixan woke up, but didn't open his eyes. Instead, he just lay there, motionless, until...
"You know, me throwing up because I got pushed through a hole in this dimension the size of a pin-prick is not funny." He opened his eyes and sprung to his feet.

Leo appeared next to Lixan. "Your late to the party my friend"

Ronan replied smugly, "I thought it was."

Daniel looked, in shock, at Ronan. The retort was uncharacteristic of him. He looked over to the guy on the ground, then over to Leo. He closed his eyes and shook his head. He had a throbbing headache that was just starting to get worse.

Lixan chuckled. "Well, it's not my fault."

"Need an asprisin?" He asked Daniel noting his acts

With his eyes still closed, Daniel just nodded.

Ronan could only grind his teeth. Even if this was only the second time he had seen this guy, he knew that he didn't like him. Why? He didn't know. He just didn't.

Lixan just yawned.

He handed it to him and turned to the pair behind him. "Ronan, I'm obliged to tell you that as your medic, you shouldn't start a fight between one of my allies, it makes me think harder about who to clean up first"

Ronan looked to Leo, "Fight him? No. Dislike him? Definitly." He looked to Daniel, "Take it easy, the stress level isn't too high right now." He found a cup, filled it, and handed it to Daniel.

Daniel took the cup and took the asprin. When he swallowed it, he gulped down the rest of the water and placed the cup on the counter he was sitting on. He never opened his eyes, but soon slipped himself to the floor and fell asleep.

"Why do you dislike Lixan?"

Ronan looked back over to Leo, "In all honesty, I don't really know. Just seems to rub me the wrong way." He looked down at Daniel, noting the whimpers he seemed to be making, and thought aloud, "Poor kid."

Lixan laughed. "Trust me, this isn't the first time."

Ronan stood up and looked around the room, "Okay, well, let's go get the food, shall we?" Remembering Daniel he looked around, "Can someone keep an eye on him while I'm gone?"

Layla's glare was even as she flicked Lixan off, "Souji, stay back and make sure Daniel's safe. Ronan, let's go get this done, shall we?" She said leading the way out of the lifeguard station.

-Meanwhile-

Nick brought up his electrified machete to meet an Infected's throat and cut it down, clearing the path to the truck, "Let's move!" He exclaimed to the two behind him.

Ronan gave a quick glance at Lixan, and looked back to Daniel one more time, before following after Layla. He caught up to her and slowed to a walk. "Thanks for supporting me back there."

Layla shrugged, "No problem, he's an ***hole, simply put. He said he could stop the thing that killed Nick in the first cycle. It tore apart his machine without a care in the world, and he still acts like he's some sort of hero." She breathed an irritated sigh, "Please, we're all just survivors here."

Looking over at here he smirked, "That's my line." He followed after her until they neared the gas station. He waited for his orders to see what exactly he was needed for.

Flynn charges up the path and jumps into the back of the truck, explosive knife at the ready.

Running just behind Nick, Crystal spun around slicing the head off an Infected right behind her. As the head feel to the ground she turned sprinting to catch up to Nick. Running along his side she tossed her sword to her left hand and slashed the legs off another infected to her left.
