Necro caught his blade and did as instructed, dropping to the ground and laying down flat.

A giant Megidoloan soared over Necro's head leaving a sonic boom in its wake as it impacted the girl, she staggered but seemed unharmed, "What the... How did she survive that?" Naoto asked absolutely shocked as she dodged to the side narrowly avoiding a God's Hand delivered by a large warrior.

Necro cloaked himself in lightning and dashed at the large warrior attacking Naoto.

The warrior dissappeared before Necro made contact, "Freeze!" The girl called as a giant ice block plummeted towards Necro.

Naoto dodged backwards away from the ice pulling Necro with her, "Don't bother attacking the summons! They're personas! She's a Wild Card!"

"Layla!" Necro called, "I wouldn't be offended by a few suggestions!"

Layla growled almost inhumanly, "I don't have jack sh**! I've never fought a Wild Card. But, I do know one thing. We all have our flaws, they're what get us killed. Nick's was his compassion for friends..." Her voice trailed off briefly distracted.

"Get away from her!" The girl roared a wall of fire roaring towards Necro and Naoto.

<No, she isn't talking about Naoto.>

"Think about it!" he shouted before attempting to mentally communicate with the telepath, 'She looks just like you. I'm betting she has the same weaknesses. Any ideas?'

Layla closed her eyes concentrating, "Maybe... Stop attacking." She stepped in front of Necro and Naoto and the girl halted her attacks immediately, "So, it's me you want isn't it? What are you after?"

"I-I want to protect you. You are me. I want to ease your pain before it begins. Please, let me end them." The girl pleaded.

"No." A single word, spoken aloud, Layla then gasped mentally unable to speak another, "You can't touch them." She glared at the girl.

"And if you have any objections, you'll end up with a glowing blade through your heart," Necro threatened.

"You know, i could've just stopped this with Xetus, but i'd like to point out, Threats don't work on some people" I said suddenly in the door way, holding my evoker in one hand and a black pulsing orb in the other. "But i side with Necro, try to fight and I'll also have to assist in your death."

Lixan was suddenly standing behind Necro. "I'd be happy to assist in a brutal form of death."

The girl suddenly rushed at Necro slamming him into the wall, "Then, I have no choice." She rose her blade to Necro's throat.

"NO!" Telepathy but strong and firm, a shining figure appeared a persona that with a swift strike knocked the girl away and unconsious. The figure was unable to be seen until it stopped moving for a moment to catch Layla as she fell over passing out from exertion. As the shining persona set her down softly it was clear.

The persona... Was Nick.

And as suddenly as the persona dissappeared it was gone.

Necro looked at where his rescuer had once stood in bewilderment. "What just happened?"

Naoto shook her head, "I-I don't know. But, we should move Layla to the upstairs lounge. Souji, you think you can make Almighty binds?" She asked.

"On it." Souji began to concentrate as he summoned his card and crushed it in his palm the energy from the dispersal of the card became a colorful snake who wrapped around the girl. He lifted her over his shoulder, "Somebody get Layla. I'll call everyone into the lounge." He informed leaving upstairs only stopping to put the girl down in the lounge.

Necro nodded, walking over to Layla and gently tossing her over his shoulder. "Come on," he said to the others, following Souji to the lounge and setting Layla down on the couch, away from her redheaded doppelganger.

Lixan went to the upstairs lounge and sat down. He then thought, What. The hell. Was that!?

Souji brough the entire group downstairs from the roof and Yukiko and Teddie immediately directed thier attention to Layla and the doppelgänger.

"She's alright. Just exhausted." Yukiko reassured everyone.

Teddie on the other hand gasped, "Hey! She's waking up!" He said as the other girl stirred.

Romton and Zeke stood near the stirring girl. 'mh almost indentical, brother' Romton thought toward me. I glanced at them both. 'Concedo, sed ut persona Nick Layla citatus' I replied in their minds. "This is odd, though im sure we can talk some sense into the one that wishes to 'ease her pain'..." Core said seriously.

The girl stirred and finally opened her eyes, "I understand now... She wishes to fight anyhow..."

<I agree, But the odd thing is Layla summoned Nick as a Persona>

"Seemingly" Camo said as he balanced a sharp talon shaped blade in his hands. "What do we do? Gut her like a fish and be done with it?"

Lixan said to Camo, "If she's a doppelganger, then she must be linked to the real Layla somehow. Gutting her may not be feasible yet if this is true."

Souji nodded, "Exactly, if we hurt her we may hurt Layla too." He then picked up a chair and sat in it backwards facing the girl, "So, who are you and what is your name?"

"I am Eos, " She pointed to Layla, "Her sister." Souji sat there in shock.

Camo looked at Romton and Me. I barely react, phyically. My mind was their features apart and matching them. Not the slightest difference except for their hair.

Necro's expression remained pensive. He was just piecing things together. "So, what are you doing here?" he asked.

"I-I came to protect her... the Abyss is opening... you'll all be trapped. I was only going to ease her pain... There is no escape from the Abyss..." She muttered seemingly terrified.
