Is it pathetic that...?

Well, there are also people who don't like Batman or Superman or insert famous icon of choice here. There's a lot of popular things I just really dislike. Most of it is related to entertainment. Animated TV shows suck lately (For the most part). Most music today sucks. Video games aren't nearly as good with a few exceptions. Compare modern TV (The Looney Tunes Show) to an older version (Looney Tunes). The new one sucks. Compare newer music (pop) to older music (rock). The new stuff isn't any good. Compare a newer video game (Sonic and the Secret Rings) to an older one (Sonic the Hedgehog). The new one is infuriatingly bad. Older things were better. please note I was not around when StH 1 came out, but I played it on my cell phone (I don't recommend that) and on the Sonic the Hedgehog Classic Collection (A very good remake).

You want to hear something really bizarre? I know a guy who likes DC but hates Marvel. I for one view that to be disgraceful.

There's no problem with that. It's definitely weird (my personal favorite hero being Spiderman), but there's nothing wrong with it.

There is no reboot. The amazing spiderman can not be rebooted. It can only be dragged down. The end.

What reboot? I don't follow anything. DBZ was my favorite show when I was younger (It still is now, but that doesn't prove my point), and I didn't keep up with that.

They're rebooting the Spider-Man movies. The new one's supposed to be centered more on his High School days, and it's going to have web-shooters instead of having him sling webs on his own. As for the cast, all I know so far is Spidey will be played by Andrew Garfield(I think I got his first name right), and MJ will be played by Emma Stone.

I stand by my intial statement. I'm on the lines of Xgeass Id rather a spiderman 4 but not one which the director of 2 and 3 is said to have "hated" the script.

Well the original comics did have him make web shooters/guns/slingers/wth/e. Personally I thought that made the idea of the radioactive spider bite pointless, but I did like the first two movies (didn't see the third) and I watched the Spiderman cartoon when I was younger. I say "When I was younger" way too much, but none of the stuff that's come out lately is memorable. One thing that's really gone south is animated movies. Lately, they're all CGI. To me, that just makes it seem rushed, like they couldn't be bothered to have more traditional animation, the hand-drawn then colored digitally kind. Like the older Disney movies.
