The shot itself didn't hurt, but it took it's toll. I nearly fainted after my appointment, and now my arm is sore, and I think it's SPREADING.

True. They spread throughout your body. If they didn't, you'd need about 600x more shots, and they'd be all over your body. Then you'd hurt all over. And life would really suck.

*giggle* thats one of them. Only to some ~~ponies~~ I mean people. The show can be quite addicting. We've got Seth Green, Lady Gaga, Weird Al Yankovic and now Jacob Minkoff (lead game designer for Naughty Dog aka Uncharted). Is it pathetic that I just tried to use ponies instead of people?
