If we want to make that cannon, then yes. The story for Bels Chel and Ozai was that, supposedly, Guardian Finn and Guardian Isis met and fell in love like they did in Stuck, and then Kain, wanting to give them space, and privacy, as well as feeling that Finn was more than capable of handling it, left to pursue his novelist career and get a better education for Bels. Bels knows Ozai this way, as they hung out before Bels left. Before this, Guardian Kain and Guardian Isis worked in a morgue, Kain handling paperwork and Isis treating the cadavers. They would occasionally request portraits from Pops Ferras, Zane, who would occasionally bring Abel to visit for his deliveries. Abel knows at least Chel and Bels this way.

Id also had the thought of Sweden as where Guardian Lucia grew up, (I'm going to say that when she started as an agent she started using the name Luz) so perhaps she's kept her childhood home as a vacation house and likes to travel around Europe, (which could have/lead to a connection with UK)

Well, my original plan for DScratch in regards to this stuff was this.

For starters, like Hien back in Stuck, Zero was raised by a lone man known as Shenglong, a martial artist of such expertise and skill he is but a legend to the world partly because of his reclusive nature. Zero spends her life being taught by him before leaving to wander the world after his death to see what the world has to offer her. At one point, she decides to settle down in a castle in Germany (don't ask) some time before finding Hien in the wilderness and deciding to take him in like Shenglong had done for her.

How Zero knows the other Guardians? I figured she may have bumped into them once or twice during her travels around the world.

As for Hien, I figure he only knows Ozai due to their similar interests... and maybe Chel just because of her relation to Ozai.

@Mala: ...so... is Luz her name...? Or no? In any case, I can see that working out. Rene meets Bels, who introduces her (perhaps) online to Chel and Abel.

@Burner: I would really like for something more concrete, like them staying near one of the other guardians and talking with them a lot before moving and settling down in Germany.

So to summarize...

Guardian Finn meets Guardian Isis, who is living with Guardian Kain. Ozai meets Bels and Chel, who thanks to Pops Ferras and their parents' business, have met Abel. Bels will meet Rene, and try to introduce her to the others. Hien will likely meet Ozai and Finn at some point, and Hien will talk with Finn and know him that way. All that's left would be Reim. Is everyone okay with this?

Basic information: Ozai is veritable wise man of his crafts devoting most if not all of his time to various training regimens and meditation. When not training, the young man spends his time studying old texts and his current school work leaving him well above average both mentally and physically. However, this leaves him at a deficit of human interaction and while unfailingly kind, he often is much too straightforward and often offends people that way.

Relationships: The ever overprotective brother, Ozai, found his way into Chel's friend group with kind words and simple mannerisms. He still takes the opportunity to snark at his friends where possible however and enjoys bantering with Hien about various combat arts.

Personal motives and pursuits: Following the strict code of Bushido, Ozai is forever accommodating and kind when it comes to friends and foes alike. He strives to become a figure of legend that his family can respect and puts his "family honor" above anything else.

Secrets and hidden stuff: Ozai is strictly open minded and doesn't hesitate to speak his mind. Often this is worse for him than just keeping his mouth shut however.

So you want to know about this bratty nerd.

Basic Information:
Most of the time, Chel is a snarky, condescending jerk. She tends to look down on people and can be very bossy, if she even bothers to interact them at all. She prefers to shut herself up in her room, working on her precious projects. She also has a lot of trouble empathizing with other people and is uncomfortable with emotional responses.

Most of her activity revolves around her science projects, which include everything from homemade pepper spray, to weaponry, to figuring out how to grow the strongest, ugliest mold. Many of these projects end up failing, either due to lack of adequate supplies, AI's interference, or just being an implausible idea in the first place. One of her few successes is her signature weapon: the mace mace. It's very dear to her.

Chel considers herself a lady of science. When working on her latest experiment or contraption are some of the few times she shows enthusiasm. Her answer to any question starting with "Why" is usually "For science!" She is especially fond of experiments that result in things being blown up or on fire. Her love of explosions borders on the fetishistic. Actually, no, it doesn't border. It's full on fetishistic.
Aside from her work station, her room is a complete mess. Almost everything is "arranged" in piles. Any organization system she might have is haphazard and arbitrary.

When she's not making some contraption or concoction, she enjoys reading both nonfiction and fiction books. Nonfiction provides information. Fiction provides ideas. When she willingly leaves her room, it's usually for the library.
She does have a few more casual interests as well. She enjoys playing video games in what little free time she gives herself. Her favorite game is Portal 2, which she harbors a slight obsession with, as shown by her knitted companion cube plushy(A gift from AI) and the Aperture Science logo on her shirt. She also enjoys the Teen Titans series and keeps a Slade action figure on her bedside table.

Her activity is fueled by massive amounts of caffeine and sugar. She always has some sort of caffeinated beverage on her desk, usually her precious iced coffee. It can be troublesome to get her to eat anything that isn't mostly sugar or excruciatingly spicy. Like her mother, she has rather strange tastes in food.

Chel tends to avoid social interaction unless she can get something she really wants or needs out of it. Aside from a few exceptions, her behavior towards other is either indifferent or flat out antagonistic. Despite finding it rather silly, Chel does enjoy a good fight. It provides a release for her pent-up anger. When not swinging her mace at someone, she maintains a cold and composed demeanor. When forced to actually talk to people, she speaks fluent sarcasm. Bels is currently the only one exempt from Chel's icy attitude. Towards him, she actually acts in the opposite manner, being extremely cuddly and affectionate. She has a tendency to squish him in hugs, much like her mother.

When it comes to other member of her family...things are rather rocky. Her behavior toward AI is nothing short of antagonistic, though also clingy in an odd way. Ever since UK's leaving, she's had a fear of being abandoned completely. This is only exacerbated by AI's attempt to give her space, since Chel sees it as AI not wanting to be around her.

Lastly, Chel can be a plotter if she wants to. Her plans are mostly cartoon villain levels of diabolical and implausible, but occasionally she comes up with things that might actually work...Thankfully, AI reigns in most of her more destructive tendencies, usually by threatening to confiscate the lab materials.

Relationships:
The only person Chel is friendly towards these days is her brother/cousin Bels, whom she is extremely close to. He's the only person Chel considers a friend and she regularly plots how to get him back to North America so the two of them can return to their home in Canada.

While Chel was once very close to AI, the two grew apart when UK left. Chel partially blamed AI for UK leaving and became hostile towards her, leading to AI distancing herself from the girl. Relations between the two remain extremely tense. Chel wants to be close to AI again, but isn't good at expressing her feelings and tends to act out to get AI's attention. However, this just furthers AI's assumption that Chel hates her, driving them further apart. This in turn, angers Chel and makes her feel neglected, and the whole vicious cycle continues.

UK was always the parent Chel was closest too. She and AI were still very loving toward each other, but UK was the one she preferred spending time with. His departure devastated her, and is part of what turned her into such a snarky, bitter girl. In addition, while she won't admit it, it was a severe blow to her confidence as well.

Chel is extremely hostile towards her step-father, Father O'Leary. She hates this guy. She often avoids him, refuses to talk to him, and sends her pet cat Ponce after him. Most of her hatred of him results from seeing him as AI's attempt at replacing UK. While that's about ninety percent of it, another percent is just the fact that he married her mom and her being a very, very jealous daughter.

Ozai she avoids interaction with whenever possible. Any time spent with him tends to just consist of angry glaring and snarky nicknames. She seems to despise his very existence, not because of anything he did, but simply because she sees him as an attempted replacement for her brother.

She and Abel are acquaintances at best. Their strongest bond is a mutual friendship with Bels.

Ponce is her precious fuzzball. She likes to plot with him and can sometimes be found whispering into his furry little ears.

Personal Motives and Pursuits:
In general, Chel has three motives: finishing her projects, learning new information, and fueling her massive ego. She'd just give the broad answer she wants to make herself smarter, which is fairly accurate, as it relates to three aforementioned motives, but is rather vague.
As for her behavior towards AI, her actions are fueled by a mix of wanting attention, anger and bitterness, and a hint of jealousy.

Secrets And Hidden Stuff:
UK leaving without her left her feeling insecure and abandoned, thinking perhaps if she was a better daughter he wouldn't have left her behind. While she'd never say it, it often causes her second guess herself and feel inadequate. She's also a bit angry at him, but she won't even admit that to herself.

She also feels guilty about the way she treats AI. She truly wants to rekindle their happy mother-daughter relationship, but is completely lost as to how to go about that or if it's even possible at this point.

On a lighter note, she enjoys making awful puns.

Other Stuff:
- She enjoys giving nicknames to people, both of the affectionate and insulting variety. "Ding-dong" for Bels, "The robot" for AI, "O'Leering" for Father O'Leary, and "Blondie" for Abel are just a few examples.
- She keeps some white mice in her room as pets. She calls them "lab mice" but doesn't actually use them for experiments.
- She likes to leave movies and television shows playing on her laptop while she works. Occasionally she'll settle down and just watch them. Her favorites show is the Teen Titans series.
- She sort of ships Slade and GLaDOS. Don’t ask.

Basic information: Abel is rather conceited, putting much more weight behind his feats and ignoring or downplaying his shortcomings. He frequently is working metal, shaping into anything that interests him and mechanizing as much of it he can. His overconfidence with himself often leads him to jumping into situations that he should stay out of.

Relationships: A constant flirt, Abel first found his way to this gathering through his guardian. A meeting between Pops and Chel's Aunt led him to meeting Bels and Chel. He will always take an opportunity to flirt with anyone, regardless of whether they had previously rejected him or how much bodily harm they are promising.

Personal motives and pursuits: Abel strives to become better than he already is, to become a master at crafting robotics and other machines. While he doesn't acknowledge his faults, he always is trying to remove them.

Secrets and hidden stuff: While Abel flirts with anything that has a pulse, (and in some circumstances things that don't), he will go no farther than that unless it is reciprocated and will stop if his target shows excessive discomfort.

So how about learning about that manly sociopath?

Basic information: Hien is a very Darwinistic individual, he values strength and personal power as the most important things any individual could ever attain in their life. As a result, he tends to mock and look down upon those who do not share his belief, befriend those who seek strength or believe to be strong, and utterly despise those who are weak and do not seek self-improvement. This philosophy of Hien's is the natural result of his training and observations of the world, no one ever pushed these ideals into his mind. This philosophy of his also explains why his only friend is Ozai, and to somewhat of an extent Chel as he respects her desire for knowledge viewing that as a form of personal power yet he does wish she would consider looking to better her physical abilities.

Hien comes off as a borderline sociopath to the normal person simply because the man just doesn't seem to care about what anyone thinks, he doesn't care about nearly anyone, and his general personality just comes off as vicious. And yet despite all of this Rene continues to message him apparently undeterred by his nature. Hien of course, views her messages as actual pesterings more than anything else yet won't block her because he'd view that as acknowledging some form of surrender to her and Hien never backs down from any sort of challenge. As a result of that Hien is very stubborn, vigilant, and persistent.

Relationships: Hien isn't very good at them... and probably has no idea what they are. The only people in his life are Mistress, his caretaker for a good part of his life and his teacher, Ozai, the only person he could ever call a friend, Chel, the sister of his only friend, and finally Rene, the only person who insists on having conversations with him on an almost daily basis.

Personal Motives and Pursuits: To become the strongest fighter in the world and perfect the Shenglong Shinken taught to him by his Mistress, who was taught it by the man who raised her named Shenglong. It's a long road with no map or compass, but Hien doesn't need any of that.

Secrets and Hidden Stuff: Hien wears a mask not because of any social disorder or anything like that... he just likes wearing them. However, its gotten to be such a habit Hien feels naked without having any sort of mask adorned.

Here, have an unfinished text wall detailing the lives and personalities of four absolute dorks.

What was the best thing in your character’s life?
Isis: When she was a child, it was, oddly enough, the Tentascarf. It was a constant source of companionship and helped calm her down. It quickly became one of the worst things after a rather unfortunate incident...
Chel: Ponce, most likely. He's the closest thing she has to a friend outside of the internet, he's a lingering connection between her and AI, and he's a source of comfort.
Isik: Same as Isis.
Chad: His uncle. For all the trouble Chad gives him, they still leave each other. His uncle is the one who keeps him from doing anything too ridiculous and keeps him relatively safe. He's also tries his hardest to be supportive and comforting to the boy.

What was the worst thing in your character’s life?
Isis: The voices. They're distracting, ominous, give her trouble sleeping, and made her fear that she was losing her mind.
Chel: Her family separating.
Isik: Same as Isis.
Chad: Same as Chel.

What seemingly insignificant memories stuck with your character?
Isis: Movie nights with Auntie, getting scratches from all the cats she'd tried to catch and cuddle, taking care of the few cats she did manage to catch, some of the stories she's read, and sitting in the corner in the corner of library while she knitted and read.
Chel: Adventures in the cardboard Tardis with Bels, a few random moments from episodes of Doctor Who, and getting a bright blue and orange sweater from AI. Said sweater is long gone.

When and where were they happiest?
Isis: For Isis, that was probably when she first adopted Ponce. Ponce was one of the few cats who actually seemed to like her. He was the only one who put up with her cuddles and who never ran away if left out in the yard to play.
Chel: When she was adventuring in the cardboard Tardis with Bels.
Isik: Like Isis, it was when he adopted Poncettia. She was the only cat who stayed close to him and put up with his hugs. She and Ponce are very patient, tolerant kitties.
Chad: It was back in Canada, whenever he managed to drag Bela into one of his grandiose plans, especially the ones that involved Legos.

What is their greatest regret?
Isis: Before the game? Not keeping in contact with some of her friends and letting herself get so distant from Auntie. During/after the game, it's hiding in the house while Auntie died fighting off ogres.
Chel: Her treatment of AI.
Isik: Same as Isis, but replace Auntie with Uncle Chad.
Chad: His treatment of Uncle Isik.

What was their favorite way of spending a Saturday?
Isis: Isis likes to watch movies, cuddle kitties, read stories, and poke at dead things.
Chel: Playing Portal games and playing around with completed results of her projects.
Isik: Same as Isis.
Chad: Same as Chel.

Did they like going to school?
Isis: Isis had mixed feelings about school. On one hand, there were books, history classes, and the occasional science experiment. On the other hand, there were noisy hallways, nearly getting trampled, and what felt like dozens upon dozens of rules to remember. Not just school rules, but social rules. School was a frustrating but fun adventure of some sorts. Some days she looked forward to it, some days she wanted to crawl into a hole and hide from it. The latter happened more often.
Chel: Despite being a giant nerd, Chel absolutely hated school. She took many of the assignments as insults to her intelligence. Anything that even resembled a worksheet drove her into a seething rage. She would pick fights with the other students if they so much as tried to speak to her. She had a habit of glaring threateningly at the teachers and students. Working in groups never went well. Chel did not like going to school and the school most likely did not like her coming.
Isik: The only part of school Isik looked forward to was hiding in the library and reading for the entire lunch period. He usually dreaded having to show up and often asked if Uncle Basette could just homeschool him. While he did like a few of his classes, and even a few of his teachers, he would have preferred learning the same material in the safety and comfort of his own home.
Chad: Chad hated school for pretty much the same reasons Chel did, combined with the fact that he got in trouble about ten times as much as she did. His ego, irritability, and poor impulse control often landed him in hot water. He did not like going to school and the school probably just wished he'd leave.

Where did they learn most of the things they know?
Isis: Books and Auntie.
Chel: Books, UK, AI, and the few reliable internet sources in existence.
Isik: Same as Isis, but replace Auntie with Uncle Chad.
Chad: Same as Chel, but replace UK and AI with Auntie Lain and Uncle Isik.

Who did they look up to when they were younger?
Isis: Auntie Basette
Chel: ...GLaDOS
Isik: Indiana Jones
Chad: Cave Johnson

Did they like their family? Why/why not?
Isis: Isis loved her family, but always thought it felt a bit small. Most of the time, it was just her and Auntie. She had an uncle and a cousin who would occasionally visit, and that was all. She was very fond of Auntie though. Auntie was a very affectionate woman who liked to dote on her niece. The two were very close and Auntie acted as something of a teacher, an older sister figure, and an adoptive mother. They spent a lot of time together when Isis was younger, doing simple science experiments, reading together, building things, and making lemonade. However, after an incident that involved Auntie setting the basement and part of the living room on fire, Isis became frightened of her. Isis remains weary of her reckless aunt, but is still very affection toward her.
Chel: It depends on which family. Chel adored the family she had back in Canada. She was particularly close to UK because of their shared interests. She enjoyed AI's constant affection and having Bels as a playmate. Her stepfamily however? She hates them with a passion. This is mainly because she sees them as AI's attempts to replace UK and Bels, and she's having none of that. She's especially resentful towards Father O'Leary, because she blames him for UK leaving. In addition, she's rather jealous and possessive of her mother's attention, which only furthers the hostility towards FOL. Her protectiveness over her mother doesn't help matters. Oddly enough, while she loves AI, she acts as if she despises the woman.
Isik: Isik's very fond of his uncle. Uncle Chad was his closest friend and the person he sometimes turned to for advice...not very good advice, but advice nonetheless. Like Auntie, Uncle Chad was a teacher to Isik. He also encouraged the boy's adventure seeking. Uncle Chad also set the living room on fire...but this didn't make Isik scared of him. Rather Isik constantly tries to watch out for Uncle Chad and make sure the man doesn't hurt himself. His uncle's antics amuse him more than anything, though he does wish the guy would stop throwing citrus fruits at him...
Chad: Chad adores his original family. He's especially close to Bela and fiercely protective of her. His happiest memories are all with them, up at their old house in Canada. He dislikes his stepfamily for much of the same reasons Chel dislikes hers.

What kind of child were they?
Isis: Isis was a difficult child to deal with because she was dangerously curious. She had a habit of wandering off and poking into things without even an ounce of caution. However, she could be easily frightened at times, usually around people. She was a rather shy girl and prone to staying cleaved to her Auntie's leg. She was also a little jumpy due to the voices.
Chel: Chel was significantly less cruel and hostile as a child, but still argumentative and sassy. She was a lot more bossy as well, prone to dragging people along in her plans and trying to order them around. On the other hand, she was more open and affectionate.
Isik: Much like Isis, but ten times more prone to doing stupid, reckless things.
Chad: Same as Chel.

How many friends does your character have?
Isis: Nine, four online and five at school. The latter aren't especially social, so she doesn't see them much outside of school.
Chel: If you ask her? None, unless you're counting Bels (She never really refers to him as a friend, always as her brother.), in which case, one. Aside from him, the closest thing she has to a friend is probably Hien, who's more of a casual acquaintance, or in her words, "A person I don't despise to the fullest extent."
Isik: Same as Isis.
Chad: Actual friends and not people he regularly and mutually antagonizes? None, unless you count Bela (Like Chel, he always refers to her as a sister or simply as "Mine." rather than a friend.), then one.

How many friends does your character want?
Isis: She's content with the current number, but wouldn't mind more.
Chel: Aside from Bels? None.
Isik: Same as Isis.
Chad: He is too prone to confusing friends with minions to give an accurate answer.

What does your character pretend or try to care about, but can't bring themselves to do so?
Isis: Maintaining her social life. Sometimes she just wants to stay cooped up with her books and her cats.
Chel: School. Part of her wants to prove that she is the "superior student" and part of her just wants to set the place on fire.
Isik: Same as Isis.
Chad: Same as Chel.

Where would your character fall on a politeness/rudeness scale?
Isis: Mildly rude. While she's not intentionally rude, her social skills really aren't the greatest. She's prone to cruelly blunt honesty, zoning out during conversations, and forgetting that the concept of personal space exists.
Chel: Horribly, painfully rude. She is snarky, bluntly honest for the sole sake of being cruel, and extremely condescending. She's also prone to completely refusing to acknowledge people's presence at times.
Isik: Much like Isis, he doesn't know when he needs to keep is mouth shut. He can be even worse with basic social skills than her at times, but has a slightly better grasp of the whole "personal space" concept.
Chad: Take Chel's behavior. Turn it up to eleven. Add a lot of yelling at people and vulgar language. That is Chad.

What is their greatest fear?
Isis: Being trapped, powerless, and vulnerable. And tentacles.
Chel: Losing her family.
Isik: Same as Isis.
Chad: Same as Chel.

What is the trait they most deplore in themselves?
Isis: Disorganization and abysmal social skills.
Chel: Insecurity and a tendency to lash out at others.
Isik: Disorganization, insincerity, and hypocrisy

Isis: Dishonesty/Chronic Backstabbing Syndrome

Isis: Bravery. The willingness to rush into danger doesn't seem like a good thing if you want to, you know, survive.
Chel: Humility.
Isik: Honesty/Openness. Whatever information you give people they will use it against you if they so please.
Chad: Humility.

Which words or phrases do they most overuse?
Isis: Any synonym of the word "cute."
Chel: Any synonym of the word "idiot."
Isik: "Alright."

Does your character have a secret? Do they keep it well hidden or do they reveal it on occasion? To whom?
Isis: The voices are somewhat secret. She learned fairly early on not to tell just anyone, lest they think she's crazy. It's pretty well hidden, at least partially because she never sees reason to bring it up. If she's known someone for a while, she might be more comfortable telling them.
Chel: All of her anger at UK for leaving. It's so well hidden she even keeps it from herself~!
Isik: Isik generally keeps his bisexuality a secret. He's a little more open about it with his online friends, but he keeps it a secret with those he knows in real life. People have their suspicions but he ignores anyone who brings it up. He always keeps quiet about the voices. The only one he's ever told was Uncle Chad, and that was back when he was a very scared child.
Chad: Same as Chel, but replace UK with Auntie Lain.

Who does your character care about most?
Isis: Auntie and Ponce.
Chel: Her projects and Bels.
Isik: Uncle Chad and Poncettia.
Chad: Bela and his projects.

What kind of music do they listen to?
Isis: Literally anything loud and distracting.
Chel: The Portal 2 soundtrack on repeat and a whole lot of techno.
Isik: Same as Isis.
Chad: Same as Chel.

Social or a bit socially awkward? How do they feel in social situations?
Isis: Isis at least tries to be social, but it doesn't often go well. Her social skills are limited to what old friends taught her and what she learned through observation and trial and error. She sees social situations as a gamble of sorts. Either she'll make a new friend, she'll end up with a short and awkward meeting, or she'll scare the heck out of someone. She finds social interaction with new people to be a scary but exciting experience. Interactions with old friends are more casual and she finds them to be fun on occasion.
Chel: Neither really. Chel doesn't feel awkward in social situations but she doesn't enjoy them either. Most of her social interactions consist of glaring people down.
Isik: Isik is far less social then Isis. His socially skills are slightly, and only slightly, better than hers but he's usually nervous in social situations. He's always fidgety and on edge when with new people, and can even be nervous around his long time friends.
Chad: Chad is socially incompetent and doesn't even realize it. In social situations, he's most often irritable. He'll either glare at the person the whole time or start fighting with them.

Anxiety, paranoia, or any mental health issues?
Isis: She's claustrophobic.
Chel: Nope.
Isik: Same as Isis.
Chad: No.

What does your character dream of at night? If they ever have nightmares, what are they about?
Isis: She has odd dreams involving fluffy cats, skeletons, and fluffy skeletons. The nightmares tend to involve either small spaces or tentacles, mostly tentacles.
Chel: Conducting tests at Aperture Science.
Isik: Being Indiana Jones, unless the nightmares happen. The nightmares are very tentacle-y.
Chad: Most of his dreams involve superheroes, unless they're nightmares. The nightmares are usually of being separate from his family.

Do they believe in the paranormal? Life after death?
Isis: Isis' beliefs aren't firmly held and are kind of all over the place. She's basically settled on, "I don't know. Let's wait and see what happens."
Chel: Not anymore. When she was younger, she was briefly convinced that AI was a witch.
Isik: Same as Isis.
Chad: Nope.

How does your character feel about violence?
Isis: She doesn't like directly inflicting it. Her reaction to it happening without her involvement ranges from quiet, almost indifferent tolerance to fiery rage depending on the level of violence and just who it's being inflicted on.
Chel: She likes it, as long as it isn't getting in her way.
Isik: While he's more prone to hiding this fact, Isik doesn't like inflicting violence either. He is, however, more likely to engage in it than Isis is.
Chad: Same as Chel.

How does your character prefer to dress? Does she dress for style or comfort? Does this reflect on their personality?
Isis: Isis dresses mostly for comfort when at home or at school. She'll dress for style if she's going out into town. The only thing her style reflects is that no one taught her how to dress herself or match colors, unless she's wearing all black.
Chel: Chel dresses more for style, but does not sacrifice comfort. Mostly, she dresses in lab coats with splashes of blue and orange in the rest of her clothing. Additionally, she has some strange penchant for wearing men's shirts over her t-shirts.
Isik: Same as Isis, bad color coordination, oversized hoodies, and all.
Chad: Switch Chel's laboratory inappropriate skirt with laboratory inappropriate shorts and you have Chad's outfit.

What is their most treasured possession?
Isis:
Chel: A science fiction novel written by UK.
Isik:
Chad: His copies of Auntie Lain's books.

What do they most value in their friends?
Isis: Companionship and affection. One might expect it to be loyalty, but she doesn't really expect that from them.
Chel: Valuing a quality in friends would require having friends. If you count Hien, she just values for him for being, in her opinion, the least irritating person in their entire friend group.
Isik: Having someone to talk to and, in some cases, be affectionate with.
Chad: What friends?

What are they good at?
Isis: Solving puzzles, knitting, and finding information.
Chel: Remember things and making homemade weapons.
Isik: Finding information, solving puzzles, and unsettling people with his facial expressions alone.
Chad: Same as Chel.

And what are they not good at?
Isis: Social interaction, gracefulness, and determining when cuddling something is a bad idea.
Chel: Making friends, working with others, writing legibly.
Isik: Same as Isis.
Chad: Same as Chel.

Easy or hard to embarrass?
Isis: Hard. She has a hard time figuring out when she should be embarrassed in the first place.
Chel: Hard. Embarrassment requires shame.
Isik: He's easier to embarrass than Isis but it's still difficult. He has reached the point where he just doesn't care anymore.
Chad: See Chel's answer.

Who do they trust? Why?
Isis: Ponce and Auntie. That's it. She hasn't been able to trust anyone else since the incident with Tenta.
Chel: The companion cube plushy, because it will never threaten to stab her.
Isik: Poncettia and Uncle Basette, no one else. Like Isis, he's mistrustful of everyone around him ever since the incident with his Tentascarf, but he's even more suspicious and wary of people than she is.
Chad: Poncettia.

What makes them laugh? Ticklish?
Isis: Sarcasm, puns, funny accents, and witty comments. Also, yes, Isis is very, very ticklish.
Chel: Puns. The worse they are, the harder she laughs. She also has an odd fascination with jokes that involve mentions of stabbing... She's a little ticklish, but actually tickling her is not recommend at all.
Isik: Same as Isis.
Chad: Same as Chel.

What do they take pride in?
Isis: The number of cats she's nursed back to health and her jarred collection.
Chel: Her successful projects, especially the ones that explode, her intelligence in general, and her looks.
Isik: Same as Isis.
Chad: Same as Chel.

What's their sleep schedule/habits like?
Isis: Isis doesn't go to sleep. She passes out, from lack of sleep and caffeine crashes, in various places within her house. She tends to fall asleep at somewhat random times, usually when she's reading. Because of this, she usually ends up sleeping in her clothes. Sometimes she'll put her pajamas on far in advance and end up sleeping in them though. She also ends up sleeping in strange places, such as in her desk chair, on her floor, and sometimes in the kitchen. At least once, she's woken up half-dressed and in her closet. She tends to move around her sleep. This combined with her flexibility leads to her ending up in a whole lot of strange, uncomfortable-looking positions.
Chel: On weekdays, she gets up extremely early in the morning and goes to bed fairly early in the evening. On weekends, she forgoes sleep and runs on caffeine until she crashes.
Isik: Same as Isis.
Chad: Same as Chel.

What do they do to unwind?
Isis: She either listens to music and reads or cuddles with her cats.
Chel: She curls up with her companion cube plush and watches Teen Titans. Either that, or, if no one's watching, she "safely" sets off very small explosive devices outside.
Isik: Same as Isis.
Chad: Same as Chel.

What just irritates the hell out of them?
Isis: People yelling. People shouting. People arguing loudly.
Chel: There are few thing she hates more being interrupted while she's working. Worksheets are a close second though.
Isik: People yelling or interrupting him while he's reading.
Chad: Same as Chel.

Any habits for idle hands? Nail biting, fidgeting, etc?
Isis: Isis's knitting acts as this. On occasion, she'll do the hand motions without the needles in her hands, but it's rare. That will only happen if she's extremely nervous or extremely absent-minded. When she doesn't have her yarn, she'll just click her needle-shaped weapons together. If she doesn't have her needles, she plays with her sleeves. If she doesn't have sleeves, she plays with the tops of her socks.
Chel: Chel scribbles things if she has a drawing surface handy. If not, she has a Rubik's cube. If she has neither, she just crosses her arms so that her hands are concealed.
Isik: Isik either keeps his hands in his pockets or twirls syringes between his fingers. If he's alone, he'll knit or at least play with the needles.
Chad: Like Chel, he scribbles and sketches if he has a drawing surface and utensil. If not, he's usually playing with rubber bands, linking them together and launching them across the room. If he doesn't have his rubber bands, then there's always the Rubik's cube.

Optimist, pessimist or realist?
Isis: She's a pessimist with a weirdly optimistic twist. She always expects things to go horribly wrong, but decides she might as well enjoy them while they're not terrible.
Chel: A realist.
Isik: Same as Isis.
Chad: A realist like Chel.
