Xion: Okay... When a human is born, they have three parts. A body, a heart, and a soul. When that person's heart is taken over by darkness, it leaves the body and soul. The darkness in their heart becomes a Heartless. If the person's heart was strong enough, there is a chance that a Nobody was created, which is a soul and body without their heart.

Sora: You forgot Nobodies have Xes in their names.
