They probably won't be, since they take away from your S-Link time in 4.

If you register Thor in the compendium just before the level up where he obtains the gloves (I think its around 38) you can farm him for the heart item.

It's probably 59 or 60. For whatever reason, no place I check seems to have that exact info, they just say it's Thor's Heart Item, but not when he gets it. I know max S-links get you 5 levels and Thor starts at 53, so he reaches 58 on Fusion. From there, I believe 59 would be his final Skill and 60 would be the Lightning Gloves. I can't confirm this, but that SEEMS to be how it works.

If a Social Link brings a Persona to a level that has all skills learned, it's the NEXT level. In the example you mentioned, that would be 59. Though to be fairly honest maybe 60? Idk... But thank you.

Like I said, though, I'm pretty sure he learns a skill at 59. Although...

After checking: 59 is Elec Amp, 60 is Heavy Master/Weapons Master, so you'd get Lightning Gloves at 61.

I'm feeling really good about this team.

Wow, you're...much earlier in the game than I thought you were. And IMO, Lilim seems to be your best Persona. It can knock down anything that has weaknesses to elements and is strong against an element that is fairly common for where you are in the game, even if Oberon is also strong against Light and nulls Elec entirely...

Also, Jack Frost with Agilao? Didn't know that could happen...huh.

Ghoul is, actually. He's got a higher Magic stat, courtesy of Lil and being higher level. Not to mention Agilao.

Yeah, when I fused Frost (or leveled him up, I forget) he had a skill change for Pulinpa. I took it, since I don't use statuses, and voila!

Yeah, I'm only in June now. I restarted, remember? XD Wait... did I mention that? ._. oops.

I dunno, I'm liking Rakukaja just a bit more than Assault Dive. I suppose it's situational, though, depending on what your enemy has up its sleeve.

THEY TOLD ME IT COULDN'T BE DONE. IGOR HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE PUTTING THOSE SPELLS ON HIM. BUT I DID IT. I'VE SUCCEEDED IN MAKING MY QUAD ELEMENTAL PALE RIDER. NOTHING CAN STOP ME NOW. NOGHTING! NOT EVEN MISSPELLINGS! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

Quad mid-tier. Shhhh. Don't ruin my fun, man.

Technically, if we're counting more than those four, it's Hex-elemental. It's also got Zan-ei.

I wish it was Getsu-ei so I could use it against the Full Moon Bosses. Oh well. Point is, that fusion took me two hours to get all four of those spells on him. He gets Garula automatically, and I had to fuse Principality after getting Bufula on it from High Pixie, a Lamia, and Oberon.
