The drawback is that it's not as easy to see whether there are new posts in a section or not.

On another downside, I don't get to blend in kinda with the background username-wise.

"Redundant"? I'm pretty sure i was using it in a pretty skewed way, as it was pretty late, and I was getting too much of a headache from LOOKING at that pallette to think straight. What I mean by it was that it should have been obvious that it was the Admin. It was April Fools' Day, and he was the only one with control over the site layout, and I doubt we'd have been hacked like that so easily. I assumed that we would all have made that assumption without having to ask. Since I thought we would all have been certain already, I thought it was redundant to ask. That is what I meant by it.

Now that I'm back to normal... Gstol, I'd ask exactly which part offended you, but I doubt you're offended by my insult to pink-and-purple skins for websites. I apologize for my words. Not that it means anything, because you're pretending I never typed anything, which is why I'll never be absolutely sure EXACTLY which part it was. Damn my curiosity, now it's going to haunt me forever. I'll never know whether he misunderstood me and thought I said he, himself, was pointless, or that I insinuated that he was stupid. Or, maybe he liked the colorscheme, and my negative reaction was offensive.

But now I'm arguing over semantics with myself, and that's just sad.

Kickass new layout! Excellent job, Admin. My only problem is that we still don't have any KH-related smilies. Ah, well. From what I hear, doing that would be more trouble than it's worth.

Agreed. I had trouble telling who was who on the banner at first, but now that that's cleared up, I don't think there's really a better way you could have put this together. All the text will be visible, the new/old thing works well, and overall it looks good. Nice work!

I love the layout. It gives life and it feels fresh and made me actually interested in RPing again.

He's upset by a lack of KH smileys, not the layout itself.

"Upset" is a strong word... even "Disappointed" it pretty harsh. I'm just mildly put-out by it, and I don't use smileys anyway. Purely sentimental reasons, and weak ones at that.

Shh... I'm working on the smilies. You know how hard it is to make icons small enough that they look good in text?
