So many pages of reading...I've been gone for a day and a half and this happens! Why does stuff only seem to happen when I'm not around to take part?! Ugh, catch-up time...

One of my favorite light novel series got it's first volume set as an ebook just a few days ago.  It was licensed.

Now, Baka-Tsuki has ceased the fan translation work, and deleted everything.

I am beyond a describable point of rage.

I used the quizzes from the Land of Bells and Celebration's site, but there's several out there and you can find generators just about everywhere. For instance, on that I was the Soul of Blaze, but on another I'm the Bard of Wind. If I start up a HS roleplay I'll use (more than likely) the LOCAB site, it details almost everything out for you, and I found an alternative patron calculator that I'll use to determine patrons and Prospit/Derse characters. Er... I'll post links for them, for you to use, to post, and then for me to consult.

So, Malak, Xiaolin Chronicles. You 'xcited?

Where'd you take the test at? Honestly, most of these classes are confusing. I really, really need to learn up on the lore. Either that, or Hussie needs to set this shit in stone by the time the game comes out.

It's been years since I've seen Xiaolin Showdown, I wonder if I'll actually enjoy Xiaolin Chronicles... my tastes have changed. Then again, they might not have changed in that area, or they might have looped back into that, like with Sonic the Hedgehog.

Just read this on IMDb, apparently, due to copyright issues, elements of the original show had to be changed. Not sure what kind of copyright issues would have caused that, while still maintaining the license, but as I understand it, Warner Bros can be a bitch about copyright. Hopefully it won't be anything major. (For the record, I missed the 3 episode premiere on the 26th.)

Anyway, as someone who has seen Xiaolin Showdown in recent years, I can tell you that I still really like it, if that's any reassurance. I am looking forward to it, even if most of the Voice Actors aren't returning.
