The Spirit Walkers

Tyson sat on top of the observatory, taking pot shots at some heartless that managed to worm there wau in the courtyard. He reloaded and calmly got up before jumping down to them, and gesturing for them to come at him. The Nova shadow among the group of black, evil creatures leapt at him, but it didn't last long, he sliced it in half and then shot the other 4 in the head. "Not very entertaining."

Max got up and called out for Tyson, wondering where he could be.

"Well I dont really like dwelling in my past. At the age of 2 my mother and father tried to kill me. A light flew out of my heart and hit them 2 and they burst into a pillar of light. That night my master showed up and he raised me till I was 16. My friends and I stood in the training room and were told that we would be taking the mark of mastery. We all had trained 9 years to be ready for the exam. In the middle of the fight a darkness swept over their bodies and I quickly knocked them out by using the light to destroy the darkness for the time being. My master gave me the role of being a master. During that time my two frinds Ayden and Luke shouded into a dark form of themselves and attacked the master and killed him. We all fought and I managed to destroy their anti-forms and after that their souls were seperated from their dark counterpart and disappeared into light. I searched for 1 year never stopping and ended up here. As a choice of leaving I took out on my own instead of staying and raising an apprentice. I never wanted to take off on my own but it was the only way in which I could search for my friends and I would never turn that chance down. I wouln't stay anyways and raise anyone since my home world is filled with darkness. I am the only one from there with a pure heart filled with no darkness. Everyone in that world is disappearing into a pillar of light. I would never be able to raise a apprentice there they would be gone just like that. Today the land is just a barren land filled with nothing but darkness. The land is filled with Ice and darkness nothing else. No people stand from the place I once came from."

The Vampire turned and then transformed into a shadow before sliding up the walls and into his friends location, before he returned to his natural state. "Yes?"

Tanku noddee "Ayden and Luke, were they like family to you?"

"Yeah, they were exacly like family to me. Except they didnt try to kill me like me real one. That why i have searched a year to find them never stopping because without them I have noone. They were my all and they are gone now. Nothing left of them to help me find them. I was hoping that with the help of people here I might find that little something to help find them. You have helped so much by welcoming me here and I am very thankful for that. I cant tell you how much your care for me makes me feel welcomed and like family already. I may not know how to measure a familys values since I never had one on my own but so far I am hoping this is how it feels. I have no clue what a family is or what they do for each other. I have no one right now they are all dead. A piece of my past is dead and I tried to cover it up until now when you asked about my past. I will keep searching for them no matter what even if something gets in my way."

She looked at her hands. and then looked back up into Tanku's eyes.

Max blinked a few times in confusion.
"Alright, um... I don't know what I should be doing now that I have thesr masks, I mean... Can you think of anything?"

"I admire that greatly, Eira" Tanku said. "Anything you want to know about me?"

Tyson thiught for a moment. "Join my organization, become a Spirit Walker"

"I'm not going to insist you tell me anything you dont want to. What ever you want to tell me you can I'm not going to force it out of you." She smiled and laid on his arm.

"Erm, what?" Max seemed even more confused now.

"Well...I'm from another world...maybe even from a different era in history, I'm from Spire. I was....a a part of a colony, under a very...unfair and wasteful king....I wanted to join the army just so I didn't have to wach him take everything away from me,...then....these men came, with swords and spears, wearing the crest of our king...th-they sluaghtered my entire residence, families weren't spared, children... no.younger than a few months, were killed...the largest one looked at me and just left...like he wanted me alive to tell sombody..." The boy faltered, jaw setting.

"So...when I was 13 or 14, I started to fight back....I used whatever I wanted, stole ftom and killed who I felt didn't deserve life... I didn't care about it either, all I wanted was for those men...those bastards to come back...I wanted to fight them...to kill them. But only one came....he gave me a bag....and a stone that burned my skin when I squeezed it too hard...then he said 'Come back when history chooses you...and then...he pushed me into this rip in the air...and I was just....gone."

Tyson sighed and said "Hm....you want to become a hero, and save worlds? You can join forces with me and my group, we can help you, and you may find more of those masks"

Max looked more interested now.
"Okay... Do you think you could take me there?"

"Sure thing, it just back at the castle"

"Okay, when should we leave?"

"Oh I had no idea I'm so sorry." She pulled him into a hug.

"Now if you want" The Vampire said as he started walking towards the alley

Tanku hugged her for a moment but slowly pulled away. "I don't want you to feel bad for me. I'm going yo get what I want...I'm going to become the soldier my people in Spire need me to be....then history will bring me back to them"

"Okay." Max said, running to catch up.

"Oh okay. I just hope i will find my friends."

"I know....hm.....I want to help you...I'll be your partner from now on" Tanku said

Tyson looked at Max. "Do you have any weapon training?"

"Yes. I'm pretty handy with a bow and arrow."

"Okay. Thank you for your support" She kissed him on his lips.

"Oh good, what about hand to hand?"

Tanku kissed her backk, shifting closer

"So what are we going to do today?" She leaned into his chest.

"Eh, I'm not so good there..."

"We should check in with Xeno for missions, that's what we always do"

Tyson chuckled. "Either learn or be a good shot then buddy, somethings sneak up on you"

"Okay lets go." She ran out of the room and stopped in the throne room.
