Too metal, What'sUp. It doesn't quite fit. Call me a fool, but my pride isn't so cheap as to be shaken by something so petty. You see what I mean, don't you? It just doesn't carry the same sort of feeling that they achieve with the instrumental piece, and that I'm looking for.

I figure, I'll go ahead with it soon if I don't get any more suggestions. And by 'soon', I mean 'whenever the hell I feel like it'. Hopefully not before long, though.

All kidding aside, I like it, but I agree, it just doesn't fit. I'll look up something later for you that just might fit... though my internet is sloppy, so that may take an hour or two.

I share this sentiment. That was awesome, but not really end-credits type music. Y'know what it reminded me of? The Genesis, the final boss theme of Persona 4. So, while I will say that certain parts do have a really nice, triumphant sound, I'd say it would have fit better as the theme for the fight. Like I said, though, awesome.

Sorry, but I don't think any of those three would work. XGeass's suggestion lacks the feeling of progression as the song moves along, I don't think I could use Zeldaman's suggestion correctly for this, and Gstol's is too short, and doesn't have the right feel to it.

And, yes, I KNOW Kingdom Hearts Meets Metal is amazing. I've listened to it before. But as Haar said, it doesn't feel right as end-credits music. It has to have some degree of somberness to it, perhaps progressing into triumph, starting soft and growing over the course of the piece. It MUST NOT be a completely-happy piece, and it's preferable that it not be completely downbeat.

Any other ideas?

...Dammit. I read one page on TVTropes about Catherine, and now my brain is stuck on it. I don't fit the requirements for the whole nightmare sequence thing, damn you, brain! I'll be seeing it in my nightmares now, though. Good thing I ingrained the summon-a-keyblade response for such situations.

See, my ingrained response is "Wake up." Makes a little more sense, if more than a little inconvenient to wake up at 3 AM and think, "Wow, I totally don't remember what that dream was...so why the hell am I awake?"

Bah, the closest I can find is the live accoustic version, and Utada Hikaru talks for a bit before singing. I find it impressive that she sings in english so well, live, and without being too different from the in-game version. But DAMN, every time I see a video with the version we want in it, it's silenced for copyright reasons! Bah, I'll take this version, it's better than nothing, by a LOT, but not quite the same as having the original on-hand.
