TITAL 2: Why did It Take Me So Long To Do This?

Insecure,

A girl on a string.

Two girls ran through a thick wooded forest, hair flying behind them, holding each others hands, and wearing patient uniforms you find in hospitals a lot, and a black and white husky, that was so big, you would almost mistake it for a wolf.


“They’re following us!! Keep running!!” One girl yelled, leading the other girl along.

“We’re dead, Mary!! They’ll find us quick!!” the other girls said back to her, making sure the dog followed them.

The other girl, Mary, nodded her head. “I know!! This way, they don’t find us over here!” she told the other girl pulling her behind a tree, and motioning her to climb it.


Broke away,

Learned to fly.

If you want her back,

Gotta let her shine.

The girls watched as a trio in lab coats, one a girl with brown hair, pulled back in a pony tail, holding a needle in one hand filled with green liquid. “We need those three back, you two. You know how importan they are to this operation? If they get away from us, they might expose us to the world, and they’ll come after us.” She growled to the other two in her group, both buff guys wearing black shirts tucked into matching black pants, almost bodyguard like.


“We’re aware Josefina, and we’ll be losing our jobs if we let them go.” One guy replied back. “NO!! You imbecils don’t understand what’s at stake here!! All you two are worried about is losing you’re jobs at the facility!” the woman, Josefina, shouted at them, starting an argument inside the trio.


“Let’s run now while they’re arguing, Lexie!” Mary mouthed to the other girl, Lexie, who nodded in response.

Well it looks like the jokes on you,

‘cause the girl that you thought you knew.

The trio slowly, and silently slid out of the tree, keeping a close eye on the group pursing them, and backed away far enough to the point where they could get away, and break into a quick run.

She’s so gone!

That’s so over,

The girls looked back, then nodded there heads to eachother. “Where do we go Mary? You’re the one who see’s the future.” Lexie asked. “ Jump City, we’ll be safe there. We need different names though once we get there. Obviously, new clothes too, we’ll stick out like a sore thumb, and since Jump city isn’t too far off, that’s the first place that they'll look for us. Then, they will try and bring us back to that... that..” Mary looked back at Lexie. “..That living hell!”

You can look,

the girl I used to be.

“We’ll figure it out once we get there, we’ll have plenty of time to think. First though..” Lexie looked at the dog. “ Mizu, can you get us out of the forest and to the city quick before they send out more search parties? By now we probelly started a riot from the escape we just pulled off.” The husky nodded it’s head, understanding, and then turned into a pure black horse. The girls climbed onto her back and rode off away from the forest.
