So, as a moderator, what is my job and what can I do?

Pretty much just make sure people stay on topic. If someone gets off topic, you mod them. I haven't had to do that yet though. And I was the second or third mod on this site. Excluding Bob, but he doesn't count, he's Admin. And as for abusing it, if someone disagrees with you, do what I do. Say, "I'm a mod and you're not."

Not a clue. Like I said, I've never had to.

And in my case, the "I've been around way longer than you" and "I've been a mod way longer than you" arguments. Of course, you are (no offense) fairly new here (compared to me, Bob, Keyblade, etc) and there aren't many people you've been around longer than. The mod thing you might get away with though.

Actually I made an account quite awhile before Org.XIV, but I did not verified the account through my email until much later and Org.XIV GameFAQs days were over.

Not many I could use this on. And I don't feel like using it on them would really work out on them.

Not only that, but almost everyone has power over you. Bob, me, Keyblade, Rany, What's_Up, Eques, Malakili, Zeldaman (if he ever comes back), and Nebula since he kinda made Org XIV.
