Org. XIV (story)

<I know about the same, and I've BEEN to one. Then again, I've been to more funerals...I'm gonna stop now.>

<I've been to a wedding, too, but I don't remember too much... So, how does it go from here? Shall we skip the specifics and go straight for the vows? And by 'we', I mean 'they'.>

<God dammit we're writing a wedding and none of us know the traditional American weddings.

In my culture there's no vows, no "I do"s, just the pastor praying for a long lasting marriage and blessing them, followed by dancing, drinking, and occasionally fighting.....

But enough of that, lets segway>

Coming into Aleri's view was a teenaged boy, in a all white suit and tie, playing the music. He glanced at Aleri. The boy had completely white hair along with pale white eyes, with a mere pupil the only color. It almost seemed out of place. A pupil that shouldn't be there.

The boy was White, a member of the team.

<I was at wedding earlier this year and all it was was the priest talking, blessing the marriage, talking about some story form the bible and of course the I Dos. The after party was essentially what you just said Whats UP......except for the fighting......kind of..... >

<Yeah, I've been to two of them in my life, that's not far off. There were some other activities during the reception, but I'm not what of that was tradition, and what was just stuff my cousins arranged.>

<...Thing is, would a biblical story really fit in with Kingdom Hearts? I say we take something, like the story that Kairi's grandmother tells her, or something like that, maybe apply it to the situation. Perhaps by referring to Sally and Zane as two "children" who carry light? The alternatives are trying to fit in something from the Bible, or asking Maverick to write something. ...You guys DO remember that story though, right? You see it in KHI, in voice-without-a-voice format in a weird flashback with Kairi, and in BBS, you get to hear it told WITH a voice. I'm sure we can look up the exact text.>

<I'm just sort of waiting here because, while it is traditional for a girl's father to give her away to the groom at this point in the event, that can't really be the case.
So we need someone else to do it.>

<I hereby grant you permission to use Xeromus for this, Yusei. Just make sure he has a real deadpan tone and expression, because he's probably bored and doesn't want to be there.>

As Xeromus stood up and walked over to Sally, she hooked arms with him, and he led her down the aisle, the music only slightly registering in Sally's ears as she walked up to Zane.

Not far behind, Maya in her colorful dress skipped along after the pair. She giggled quietly as she twirled and a basket filled with beautiful, soft white petals. She scattered them along the walkway as she pranced behind the leader and Sally.

Once they reached the altar, Maya took her place standing not far from Sally. Grinning happily, Maya took the empty basket and secured it atop her head.

Thalia glared at the young woman and mouthed the words, "Stop that."

Maya smiled widely with a cheesy amount of charisma as she removed the basket and made it disappear with a simple movement of her hands. After getting rid of the basket, Maya rocked on her feet happily awaiting the arrival of Roland.
She took her place opposite Zane, and Xeromus made his way back to his seat.

<That works. I suggested it because, honestly, who else is available as a father figure for Sally? Nori probably doesn't know her that well, and already has his own son, Lea and Myde aren't old enough to suit the situation - though I bet they're present - so Xeromus, being the tall, imposing leader of the organization she's a part of, would b the best candidate.>

Xeromus somehow managed to find a seat on the same row as Aleri, despite how cramped it was. The leader of Organization XIV appeared to be holding back a yawn, clearly bored to death. If it were any other situation, he might complain that he had work to do, and no time to play around like this, but a wedding between two of his subordinates was kind of a big deal. Maybe if he had a heart, he would care.

<Lea and Myde aren't present, but we'll get to that later.>
<BTW, Zane's supposed to lift her veil now, then we go through with whatever story we decide to put in.>

Zane couldn't help but smile as he lifted the veil of his bride. Looking in her eyes he tried to say "Damn' is not enough to describe how beautiful you look right now "I but unfortunately only made out a "Damn".

"They made me cover up the markings under my eyes..." Sally said softly, looking down.
